AHS was founded to challenge traditional recruitment models that overlook persons with disabilities and exclude capable talent from meaningful economic participation. Led by disability rights advocate and entrepreneur Lubabalo Mbeki, AHS brings lived experience together with over 15 years of recruitment, skills development, and workforce advisory expertise. His vision is simple but powerful: “build a professional recruitment firm that delivers business-grade talent while breaking systemic barriers.”
We exist to prove that inclusion and performance are not opposites – they are partners.
What began as a specialist disability recruitment agency has evolved into a multi-service inclusion and talent solutions firm, working across industries including manufacturing, finance, aviation, ICT, public sector, and development agencies. Today, AHS operates at the intersection of talent, transformation and innovation, providing recruitment, background verification, disability inclusion training, executive search and enterprise support to some of South Africa’s most demanding employers.
